Websites to Inspire Animal Stewardship

Tiny Toes Rat Rescue of New Mexico
A remarkable rescue organization for one of the most maligned animals in the world. These caring people have adoption workshops, volunteer opportunities, and a delightful website with photographs of all the rats needing good homes. These are not wild rats, but domesticated rats, some call them pedigreed or fancy rats. They have wonderful personalities, and are friendly and have good dispositions. They make excellent pets, are very intelligent and love social interaction with humans. They come in lots of colors, white, white hooded, black, mink, light grey, pale blue, blue-grey and brown shades. There are rat lovers all over the world and they have rat shows just like dog or cat shows. There are thousands of websites where people show off or showcase their pats.
